Who we are
This website is operated by Shaw Contractors, a construction and finishing contractor based in Malta. You can contact us at shawcontractors@gmail.com or +356 9949 8507.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not use this information for anything other than responding to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, providing our services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project, and then delete them unless we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Your enquiry is stored on our website's server and may be forwarded to our email. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and processes information such as your approximate location, device and browser. These cookies are only set if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
If you click "Reject", no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (such as a page being viewed) that do not identify you.
