Our scope covered structural screeding and levelling, plastering and gypsum work, waterproofing, tiling, electrical and plumbing installation, all coordinated under a single project management team.
Working across this many trades on one residence meant close coordination between our own crews and specialist subcontractors, with quality checks at each handover point to keep the finish consistent throughout the property. Screed and levelling work formed the structural base for every room, followed by plastering and gypsum partitioning to shape the interior layout to the architect’s design.
Waterproofing was applied throughout wet areas and exterior-facing surfaces before tiling began, protecting the build against Malta’s climate over the long term. Electrical and plumbing rough-ins were completed in parallel with the finishing trades, so services were fully integrated behind walls and floors rather than retrofitted — a sequencing approach that avoids costly rework and keeps the final finish clean.
